Teresa Mello Sampayo
Born Portuguese, but meant for the World (maybe Universe?).
Has studied acting from 2011 to 2018, completing then the BA in Acting (ESTC), and has been working since 2014, premiering on the 40th celebration of the 25th of April at the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic. Since then, has been working on all mediums available to the actor: from Film to TV, Streaming Platforms to Performance, enthusiastic about the possibility of being cast in an international production.
Connected to all arts, composes and sings, and is taking the first steps in painting - an art rediscovered after portraying the Portuguese painter Maria Helena Vieira da Silva.
The roles Teresa is known for are Maria Inez, lead character in the film "Damas", and the many characters played on the comedy series "O Bairro do Humor". Also in 2025, played Leonor, an old vampire, in the series "Lua Vermelha: Nova Geração".
What excites Teresa the most is the possibility of change and learning, being always anxious to live intensely what's about to come.
